Shipping & Returns
Masters of Light delivers all diamonds free of charge and insured within Europe. If you are located outside this region we recommend to contact us to discuss delivery options. We have supplied customers worldwide, and we promise you to do our best to find a quick and efficient solution.
We are able to supply most of the diamonds within 5 working days from receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, after which you can expect the diamond to be shipped within 48 hours. We will also provide a tracking number.

We use companies specialized in transporting valuables in a safe and secure way such as Intex, Malca-Amit Brinks. As our insurance covers your order up to your doorway, we recommend you inspect the goods before you sign off for acceptance.
We also offer our customers the possibility to collect their order from our offices in Antwerp , Belgium. After you received the order confirmation contact us to arrange an appointment to pick up your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return all the original packaging. You may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material. For example, the diamond certificate is unique and if you lose it, it carries a price EUR 150 replacement fee.
All our diamonds are shipped with a transparent seal in order to secure the shipment and delivery. Return the diamond in its original sealed container. If the seal has been breached or tampered with we cannot provide a refund.
You will receive the address of a special destination for returns. For security reasons, do not write our company name anywhere on the outside of the box.
Call before returning items. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
